Some weaving photos

My latest work (I just took it off the loom, haven’t even twisted the fringe yet):

It’s a 3/80 Nm 55/45 silk/cashmere yarn from Colourmart, color “Silver Fox”.  I had Richard wind four strands together, and used the quadrupled strand to warp/weave the fabric.  The warp is the original color, the weft I dyed black.  The [...]

Lorri and I climbed Mt. Climbing faster

After climbing Mt. Diablo on Monday, I felt pretty strong, so when I tackled Mt.
